How to clean concrete flooring
How to clean concrete flooring… A mixture of cement, sand and stones (ballast) mixed with water. A concrete hardener should be incorporated to prevent dusting and premature wear.
After initial laying and water evaporation, you should allow approximately one month for every inch of thickness before applying seals or concrete paint.
A surface seal (water-based) can be applied to concrete that has not already been treated with a hardener.
Concrete floors must have a damp proof membrane (DPM).
Concrete floors are extremely durable and non-toxic. This is an excellent flooring option for anyone with chemical sensitivities who wants a beautiful and durable eco-friendly floor.
To effectively clean concrete floors we recommend floor scrubbing with specialist cleaning products.
